When cleaning an engine with HHO gas, it is not required to disassemble the power unit, use reagents and car care chemistry. The cleaning procedure is carried out using unique equipment. The proton-membrane electrolysis unit produces HHO gas from water specially prepared in our production facility. Further, the resulting gas is supplied to the intake manifold of the engine in the required volume, depending on the operating mode of the engine, together with the incoming air.

Efficient Technology

The technology used for cleaning the engine with hydrogen is faster, more affordable, economical, safe and much more effective than the traditional disassembly and flushing of an internal combustion engine by hand using harmful chemicals or mechanical cleaning agents. After cleaning the engine with HHO gas, softened and unburnt particles of tar and carbon deposits will leave the exhaust system for more than 500 kilometers ride. After cleaning the engine with hydrogen, there is no need to change oil, fuel filters or spark plugs. The car is ready for use immediately after the procedure is finished.

Carbon deposits in the engine

Engine operation on poor quality fuel or oil is accompanied by increased formation of carbon deposits in the combustion chamber.

Reasons for carbon deposits formation

The resin content in gasoline is no more than 0.1 g / liter. With an average fuel consumption of 10 l / 100 km for a car with a mileage of 30 000 km, the amount of actual tar obtained from gasoline will be 300 grams. Diesel engines can contain even more tar.

At high temperatures, resinous formations coke and turn into carbon deposits. Tar sediment deposition impairs the supply of gasoline to the engine cylinders and completely disrupts it; and when turned into carbon deposits, they cause valve sticking, spontaneous combustion of the air/fuel mixture, detonation and other malfunctions.
